Original 2016 and 2018 decrees support the reported zone areas. The map shows 55 historical ODC digitisations; one invalid source polygon is withheld. Later national-park designation does not certify each old fisheries subzone as current.

What the documents establish

Prakas 364 (16 June 2016) and Prakas 193 (12 April 2018) contain numeric zone-area and coordinate schedules.
The 55 mapped area values agree with entries in those schedules; individual row correspondence remains qualified where necessary.
Seven digitised outlines differ by more than 10% from their stated decree areas.
