What the documents establish
- Ream’s 2022 marine-national-park instrument states 39,634 ha.
- July 2023 instruments state 143,895 ha for Botum Sakor and 16,982 ha for Peam Krasop.
- Koh Rong’s 2018 instrument states 52,498 ha. Its outer coordinates match the displayed polygon, but that outline lacks internal exclusions.
